Taking a Break or Self-Excluding, Do You Recognise Any of These Signs? and Keeping Minors Safe.
Nothing here needs a code; the cashier applies the offer.
Information only. Ap33 holds the accounts and the games; the risk is financial and it is real. 18+ only, and help is available.
A cooling-off period pauses your account for days or weeks while keeping it open. Self-exclusion closes access for a fixed term—six months, a year or longer. It cannot be lifted early for any reason. To request self-exclusion, contact support in writing. They will confirm the start and end dates. During the term you cannot log in, deposit or play. After it ends you may return only by asking to reopen.
Ask yourself honestly: do you chase losses by playing longer or betting bigger? Have you borrowed money or sold something to play? Do you hide how much time or money you spend? Do you play to escape worry, boredom or anger? Do you need larger bets for the same excitement? Have you missed work, lost sleep or skipped time with family because of gambling? If you answer yes to any of these, it may be time to step back and talk to someone.
This site is for players aged 18 and over only. If you share a computer with someone under 18, filtering software can block access to gambling sites. Ask your internet provider or search for parental-control tools. Never leave your account logged in. Store your password where a minor cannot find it. If a minor has used the site, contact support immediately so the account can be reviewed.
Gambling is entertainment that costs money—it is not a way to earn income. The odds always favour the operator over any long run. No system, streak or staking plan changes that mathematical fact. Play only with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you start and treat any loss as the cost of the entertainment. If you are playing to win back what you lost, stop and take a break.
Talk to a doctor or a licensed counsellor who understands gambling. Free, confidential support is also available from international organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Search for any of these by name online. Telling one person you trust is usually the first step and often the hardest. You do not have to figure this out alone. No one here will judge you for asking.
Set a deposit limit daily, weekly or monthly from the cashier or your account settings. You can also set a loss limit for a period or a session time limit. A reality-check reminder pops up to show how long you have been playing. A tighter limit applies straight away. If you ask for a looser limit, it takes effect only after a cooling-off period of several days. This pause gives you time to reconsider before you can spend more.
